This Shipping Policy explains how EcomBudgetStore, our processes, dispatches, and delivers orders placed on https://www.ecombudgetstore.com ("the Website"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 72 working hours (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after successful payment confirmation (for prepaid orders) or address & contact verification (for Cash on Delivery orders).

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, and/or WhatsApp on the contact details provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes within India through our logistics partners (including but not limited to Shiprocket, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Ekart, Xpressbees, and India Post).

A small number of remote PIN codes may be non-serviceable. If your PIN code is not serviceable, our team will contact you within 48 hours to either offer an alternative address or initiate a full refund (for prepaid orders).

International shipping is not currently offered.

Timelines start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, festive surges, public holidays, civic disturbances, or force majeure events beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination PIN code, and are displayed before payment.

Free shipping is offered on selected products and on orders above ₹1000, where applicable. Promotional free shipping may be withdrawn at our discretion without prior notice.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD handling fee of ₹ 50 to 100 may be levied and will be visible at checkout.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

COD is available on most products up to an order value of ₹[COD LIMIT, e.g., 1,000].

COD orders are subject to address & phone verification via call, SMS, or WhatsApp. Unverified COD orders may be auto-cancelled within 24 hours.

Customers are expected to keep the exact change ready at the time of delivery.

Refusal to accept a COD order without a valid reason (e.g., not just because you "changed your mind" after dispatch) may result in:

Disabling of the COD option for your phone number/email on future orders, and
-
Recovery of forward + return shipping costs in cases of repeat refusal or fraudulent orders.

Repeated COD refusal patterns may be reported to logistics partner blacklists shared across the Indian e-commerce ecosystem.
6. Address Accuracy

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and reachable delivery address along with a working mobile number.

We are not liable for non-delivery, lost shipments, or delays caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or unavailability of the recipient.

Address changes after dispatch are generally not possible. Pre-dispatch address change requests must be raised within 4 hours of order placement at vk972832@gmail.com
7. Failed Delivery & Re-attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2 to 3 times before marking a shipment "Return to Origin" (RTO).

After RTO, the order is considered cancelled. For prepaid orders, refunds are processed as per our [Refund Policy] minus applicable forward and return shipping costs (where pre-disclosed at checkout).

For COD orders that RTO due to customer refusal/unreachability, the order stands cancelled with no refund obligation.
8. Tracking Your Order

A tracking link is shared once the order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery along with:

An unboxing video (mandatory; we cannot process claims without it),

Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label,

Order ID.

10. Country of Origin & Importer Disclosure

The country of origin and, where applicable, the importer details for each product are disclosed on the respective product page in compliance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, riots, acts of government, courier network failures, or internet outages.
